Rights of a Child; Article 6 (Survival and development): Children have the right to live, survive and develop healthily.
 
The study of the child's developmental process reveals that information plays an indispensable role. In essence, the child is an information seeker. Information affects the physical, emotional, cognitive and social development of the child and this fact has far-reaching implications for the child's development and has a flow on effect to the child's community. It is important that  children have access to information and can benefit from such information processes, regardless of the place and time in which they live, and children have the right to protection while they grow up, seek information and develop as human beings?

Rights of a Child; Article 17, Article 29 & Article 4  
(Education, information & talent)
Children have the right to get information that is important to there well-being, from radio, newspaper, books, computers and other sources. Adults should make sure that the information you are getting is not harmful, and help them find and understand the information they need.

Tribal children, parents and guardian’s freely choose to have these rights, through the CGT Inc. education and development program, children are not only educated but have access to valuable life skills, training and information in three languages, promoting international understanding of values and ethics in world citizenship and the uniqueness of their own cultural heritage. With children having opportunity to use and develop their talents and abilities. Also helping them learn to live peacefully, protect the environment and respect other people.

Rights of a Child; Article 27 & Article 24 (Food, cloths & safety) Children have the right to food, clothing, a safe place to live and to have their basic needs met. Children should not be disadvantaged so that they can't do many of the things other kids can do.

Through the CGT Inc. program tribal children receive three wholesome nutritious meals a day, cloths and school uniforms within a safe protected environment. Children are given the  best health care possible, safe water to drink, a clean and safe environment, and information to help them stay well.

Rights of a Child; Article 28 (Higher education) Children have the right to a good quality education.

Through the CGT Inc. program, tribal children are encouraged and given opportunities to go to school to the highest level they can. University or vocational  collage.


Rights of a Child; Article 39
Through the CGT Inc. program  children that have been hurt, neglected or badly treated are given special care and protection from further danger. Children in danger of physical or emotional harm are given special opportunity to avoid the physical and emotional threats and are protected.
