As in my prior visit to the ATC, I am struck by the happy demeanors of the children. It is a rare thing to hear a child cry or fuss, and those who've been here any length of time are perpetually laughing, smiling, singing and giving hugs and friendly greetings. New arrivals, as would be expected, are more shy and withdrawn until they feel at home. In summary, it is my opinion that this organization (CGT Inc.) is providing much-needed and unduplicated services to the Akha people, and is deserving of continued Rotary support.
