If you would like to visit your sponsored child and volunteer, there are child protection laws and government regulations to follow. - All the people including children that are in your team have to "Register" on the CGT web site.
- All the people including children in your team have to "Apply to be a Volunteer" from this link.
- You will also have to notify Asa Stevenson by email davidasa@mac.com requesting to visit your sponsored child with the name of the child. (do not miss spell the name, check to see if the name is correct)
- You will be notified by email with "16 Special Protection Strategy" attached. Every person in your party has to read and agree by filling in and signing the last page and email a copy to Rona, rona.viola@bigpond.com and notify her of your team names and method of payment for food and accommodation,

Every person in the team including children will have to bring with them and give it to the host when you are meet at the Chiang Rai airport:- - Photo copy of your passport.
- Photo copy of the signed last page agreement of "16 Special Protection Strategy"
- A receipt of payment for your food and accommodation.
The team leader will collect all the documents from the team and present it orderly to the host at the airport for checking.
